Our goal is to offer clarity, care, and confidence through every step of the immigration process.

Do I need an appointment to receive services?

Are your services confidential?

How much do your services cost?
Fees are affordable and based on a sliding scale. We work with you to remove financial barriers.
Will I be turned away if I cannot pay?
No. No one is denied services due to inability to pay. Everyone deserves access to legal support.

Who provides the legal services?
Services are provided by DOJ-accredited representatives, legally authorized to provide immigration advice and representation. We also collaborate with experienced attorneys for complex cases.
What should I do if I already have a lawyer?
Continue working with your lawyer. We can provide general guidance and, if appropriate, communicate respectfully with your attorney. Our goal is to support, not replace, your legal counsel.
Are USCIS filing fees included?
No. USCIS fees are separate, but we can help you apply for a fee waiver or reduction if eligible.
Can you help me become a U.S. citizen?
Yes. We guide you through the naturalization process, from eligibility review to interview preparation, with resources and classes to help you feel confident.
Can you help me petition for my family?
Yes. We assist with petitions for spouses, children, parents, and other eligible relatives. Keeping families together is a priority.
Do you assist with DACA, TPS, or humanitarian relief?
Yes. We provide screenings, renewals, and guidance so you can make informed decisions about your status.
Can you help me apply for a work permit?

Can you help me if I am in immigration court or have a Notice to Appear (NTA)?
We currently do not provide court representation for NTA cases. We can offer general guidance and refer you to trusted organizations and attorneys who specialize in court defense.
Can I travel while my case is pending?
Travel may be risky. Always consult our legal team before leaving the U.S.
What should I do if I am contacted by immigration enforcement?
